Khondkar Anisur Rahman is the Secretary General of PRISM Bangladesh Foundation. He is responsible for the total activities of PRISM Bangladesh Foundation as Executive Director and CEO. He contributes his best effort to develop new initiatives of the organisation. He is striving to reduce poverty in rural areas and to develop the environment management in the urban areas.

Md. Golam Farook is the Director of PRISM Bangladesh Foundation. He looks after the Microfinance program of PRISM. He has been working with PRISM for the last 25 years and has been helping to expand the Microfinance program in different districts in Bangladesh and other social development programs which include health , education ,sanitation programs and more.
